Anita is one of the country’s most passionate advocates for good food through quality teaching.

In the past decade she has dedicated her life to teaching young people and adults how to cook. Her unique teaching methods and innovative recipe ideas, alongside her extensive knowledge of food and her passion and commitment, have earned her the respect and support of educationalists, health professions and politicians alongside prominent people in the food world.

She has worked on several occasions as a consultant to food writers and publishers, who have drawn on her knowledge to help produce recipes and teaching methods for helping young people and adults to learn to cook.
